Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at altohome@kevinfrancisdesign.com. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and our warehouse address.
Inspection & Refund
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the product to ensure it's in its original condition with no damage. Upon confirming the product is undamaged and complete, we'll process a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days after inspection is complete.
Return Requirements
- Product must be in original, unassembled condition
- All original packaging materials must be included
- Hardware and components must be complete and unused
- No visible damage, stains, or modifications
